No Jail for Jaggi Singh

By CBC News - June 21, 2011 Montreal activist Jaggi Singh won't serve any additional time in jail for urging people to tear down a security fence during last year's G20 summit in Toronto...An Ontario Superior Court judge on Tuesday gave Singh a suspended sentence and 12 months of probation, and ordered him to complete 75 hours of community service. |
