Notes from the VPD's 2011 Stanley Cup Riot Review If you've attended your fair share of protests in Vancouver, then you've probably encountered the riot cops. Most of the time, they appear in baseball caps with shiny, lime green, safety vests. Sometimes they sport helmets, shields, and three-foot long wooden batons. |
