In which we examine the wind portion of the Nova Scotia Renewable Electricity Plan. The Renewable Electricity Plan, released by the Nova Scotia Department of Energy, is meant to be the guideline by which Nova Scotia will gloriously embrace green technologies and herald forth a newer, cleaner day. |
