There was some kind of magic in the air.  The NAC peeps were high energy dynamos, with their crazy Lippin' Lemons campaign.  Kendall Mitchell's set was full of surprises, like her beatboxing on Ben Harper's Always Have to Steal My Kisses and rendition of Whitney Houston's How Will I Know

Adding Sage MacPherson on djembe for the last two tunes could make the heat even hotter

Confessing my deception, I told the audience that the band had been lured to the gig with promises of candy...inspiring a donation of candy from the audience.  Thanks, kind stranger!
