Maytree Foundation and Ideas that Matter presented a conference on Building Strong Communities, featuring panels on public space, arts for change, and the presentation of the Jane Jacobs prize for Citizenship by current and past mayors of Toronto.  This year's winner was transit activist Steve Munro.
